Does the desktop app sync automatically with the timer I start from the online app?
no, it works only the other way round
so the timer that is started within desktop app will show in timesheet
however it’s not live, and sync every 5min
it will be live in new version of the app, releases in about a month
is there a roadmap I can see of your future updates ?
but I mean only lvie sync in that one direction, still that part when you start in timesheet it won’t shown in the desktop app

how does the tracker work for tracking computer usage ?

timecamp generally track all the activties ( it mean browsed websited, used apps, etc..)
then they are categorized into various categories, which are defined as productive or unprodctive by default
but you can customize them freely
what is the report that tells me if I am being productive or not ?
could be for example Computer Time -> dashboard report
Tool usage shows productive and neutral combined
